Our Origin
Where It All Began
Wing Snob started the way all great things do — with an obsession. Founder Marcus Delray grew up in Warren, MI watching his grandmother coat wings in sauces she'd mixed from memory, never measuring a thing. The results were always extraordinary.
In 2012, Marcus quit his corporate job and spent two years perfecting 12 signature sauces in his home kitchen. Friends, neighbors, and coworkers kept showing up uninvited just to taste whatever he was cooking that week. That's when he knew he had something real.
We opened our first location on Van Dyke Ave in 2014 with six tables, a secondhand fryer, and zero advertising budget. Word spread fast. Within three months, there was a line out the door every Friday night. Nothing has slowed us down since.
Today, Wing Snob is Warren's most recognized wing brand — with a menu that has grown to over 30 flavors, catering services across Metro Detroit, and a franchise program rolling out across the Midwest.
